I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when something feels off, but traditional healthcare doesn’t provide answers.

At 32, I began noticing subtle changes in my body. By 34, symptoms like vaginal dryness, decreased libido, and mood swings were disrupting my life—and my doctors brushed it off. “That’s normal,” they said. “Your labs are fine.”

But I knew better. I refused to accept vague answers and started searching for real ones. I immersed myself in functional health, hormones, metabolism, and the science of midlife well-being. Through that journey, I discovered I was in perimenopause—something I might have recognized sooner if the women in my family had shared their experiences. Every one of them had completed menopause by 45.

By applying the principles I uncovered, I reclaimed my energy, felt like myself again, and took back control of my well-being.

Now, I use that same framework to help women like you stop guessing, get the answers you deserve, and thrive in your second act.
