About Jessica Waugh
Functional & Integrative Health Practitioner | Certified Menopause Specialist
I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when something feels "off," but traditional healthcare doesn’t provide answers.
At 32, I started experiencing subtle changes in my body. By 34, symptoms like vaginal dryness, decreased libido, and mood swings disrupted my life. Doctors dismissed me, saying, "That's normal," or that my labs were "fine."
But I knew better. I dove deep into functional health, hormones, metabolism, and the science of midlife well-being. Along the way, I confirmed what I had long suspected: I was in perimenopause—something I would have realized sooner if the women in my family had discussed their experiences, as every one of them had completed menopause by 45.
Now, I use my expertise to help other women get answers, take control, and thrive in their second act.
