Pause Events: A Safe Space for Women Navigating Perimenopause
As women, we’re often the caregivers, the planners, the doers—and somewhere along the way, we forget to care for ourselves. Life gets busy, our hormones shift, and self-care starts to feel like a luxury. But what if it didn’t have to?
Pause Events are here to change that. Whether online or in-person, these gatherings are designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with other women who get it.
Each event blends community, conversation, and education in a warm, judgment-free space where nothing is too “off-limits” to talk about.

What’s the Event About?
Pause Events are intentional spaces—both virtual and in-person—designed for women to come together, share openly, and feel truly supported as they navigate perimenopause and all the changes that come with it.
Whether we’re moving through breathwork at a local studio, sipping tea in a community café, or connecting from the comfort of home, every Pause Event creates space to talk about the things no one prepared us for: the mood swings, the sleep disruptions, the unexpected tears or rage, the sense of feeling “off” but not knowing why.
You’re not alone, and you’re not broken.
Together, we’ll have honest conversations, learn how to better support our bodies and minds, and feel empowered in a season that often feels anything but.
Some events invite you to move, reflect, create, or simply be. Others invite you to pamper yourself while you listen in—applying a face mask, sipping a warm drink, or simply taking a breath. All of them are designed with one purpose: to help you pause and reconnect with yourself.
No pressure. No pretending. Just real support, meaningful connection, and a chance to put yourself first—for once.

Is This You?
-
You are feeling like you're not yourself.
-
You are overwhelmed by hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, and/or other new symptoms.
-
You feel like you’re losing control, not remembering things, or being easily triggered by the smallest things?
-
You are struggling with sleep, waking up in the middle of the night, or not being able to fall asleep at all?
It’s so easy to feel like you’re “going crazy” when your body is acting so differently, and doctors may brush off your concerns by telling you that your labs are “normal.” But what you’re experiencing is real—and you’re not alone.
I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to not be okay—and that it’s normal to feel lost during this phase. We’ll talk about the raw stuff, the hard stuff, and all the things that make us feel like we’re walking through this alone. But you don’t have to. Let’s navigate this together.
